Peter W. Huber (1952 - 2021) was a Canadian-American lawyer, author, and Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute known for his work on technology, law, and energy, and for popularizing the term "junk science". He was a founding partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel.
Mark P. Mills is a physicist, founding partner of Digital Power Capital, and author who previously worked as a staff consultant to the White House Science Office. They are co-authors of the 2005 book The Bottomless Well. |
