Requiem of Insanity: Book Review |
|
Debra Ulrich has explored a unique way of bringing some light to the journey of a medical patient in this nonfiction fairy-tale. I have to admit that the first 40 pages were difficult for me to get through - but in the end, the material is definitely worth reading, and I recommend this book to anyone involved with heavy medication. Debra Ulrich "I am a ballerina awakening from the dreams of realities I have lived, while dancing and singing with all mothers, fathers, sons and daughters I have ever met. I have awakened in feathered beds (now water beds and living gardens too!). Dreaming of nightmarish images while traveling at different speeds beyond time and space, and doing it with what I have come to know as ballet shoes on my feet (using all my senses). Eradicating myself from myself (and my source of all loving and living light). I am an attention-ally, deficient / manic-depressive disorder a of sorts. Having had thoughts and feelings of myself (just as all princes and princesses who are dancing life as ballet do), now realizing it from within, as we conduct this perfect dance while hearing the music (as I dance and never stop) until the ending becomes the (true) beginning of THE END (with foresight and hindsight!)."
